30-DAY PRICE MATCH GUARANTY

 

Our 30-Day Price Match Guaranty ensures that you are getting the best price possible when shopping on Gasbike.net. If you find an advertised price for less within 30-days of your date of purchase, you may request a refund of the price difference between the price of the item purchased and the lower advertised price. You may also choose to instead receive a store credit for refunded price difference. Please review the following terms of our 30-day Price Match Guaranty on all motorized bicycle.

• The lower advertised price must be on an item of the exact same brand, model and condition purchased. For example only, it must not be a lower price for a used or refurbished item when your purchase was for a new item.

• The lower advertised price must be pricing that is available to the public (no wholesale or membership pricing) and must not include financing, bundle discounts, bidding on eBay or other Internet auction sites, free items, pricing errors, final sale items, clearance items or mail-in-rebates.

• Pricing and purchases made on "Black Friday", “Cyber Monday”, the day after Thanksgiving, or other holiday specials do not qualify for our 30-Day Price Match Guaranty.

• Our 30-Day Price Match Guaranty does not include shipping charges, taxes or other fees.

• The lower advertised price must be on an item that is currently available to buy and ship by Gasbike.net and is not out-of-stock or on backorder with Gasbike.net, the manufacturer, distributor or other retailer of motorized bicycles. 

• You must provide proof of the lower advertised price. We reserve the right to contact the seller and verify the lower price and availability of the item.

• All requests for a refund based on our 30-Day Price Match Guaranty must be made within the 30-days of your purchase date.

• We reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of our 30-Day Price Match Guaranty in whole or in part, at any time.
