• We Cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time.


• We Cannot ship bike engine kits or motorized bikes to California at this time, surrounding states like Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Arizona are OK.


• For Canadian and International shipping we only useUPS


• UPS (International) Standard {Ground} - For Canadian shipping.


• UPS (International) Express Saver {AIR} - For all other International orders must travel by air.


• This does not cover Customs Brokerage, Duties, and Taxes, these are charged to the consignee on delivery). There is no way for use to know these fees up front because every Country and product is different. Please do not contact us requesting duties information.


• We have found that this is the cheapest way to send packages to Canada and Internationally.


• All items are shipped with mandatory insurance included in the shipping price at no extra charge.


• All orders are processed within the same day or twenty four (24) hours of order receipt on normal business days of Monday through Friday 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM PST.


• Same Day Shipping is eligible for all orders received and processed Monday through Friday and processed by 3:30PM PST at no additional charge.


• All Shipping charges are calculated during the first step of checkout before your transaction is processed. By choosing a shipping method option and clicking the Recalculate Shipping button allows you to view the different shipping options and costs to your location before completing your transaction.


• We ship internationally. Please note that International shipping services to Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii require a slightly higher shipping amount. If you would like to arrange alternate shipping please contact us at info@kingsmotorbikes.com.


• International purchases will also be subject to customs forms. Any duties and fees will be paid by the customer.


• All delivery times listed are approximate and our company and United Parcel Service of America (UPS) do not guarantee these delivery times.


• Log in to your account to view your tracking number and the carriers’ location of your package(s) and any other important messages from our Customer Service, Sales and Shipping departments.


• Maximum shipping weight is 150 lbs. in which we would break up the shipment into separate boxes. If you would like to purchase items weighing more than 75 lbs. please contact us at info@kingsmotorbikes.com.


• We cannot ship to military personnel with APO's / FPO.
